Job Description and Qualifications

Admitter

Admit, register, and schedule patients in a timely manner, while providing excellent customer service. Interview patients at time of admission, verify patient demographic information, ascertain member eligibility, and obtain designated consents and treatment authorization. May also maintain patient Medical Records through filing and data entry in the designated computer system. May be required to contact insurance companies to verify membership and authorization. May call M.D. offices for referrals or additional information.

Front Office Coordinator- Private Practice/Group Clinic

Perform patient scheduling, billing, filing and high volume telephone interaction. Manage and maintain all office operating procedures including staff, supplies, equipment and vendors. Confirm appointments, processes mail, input charges. May act as liaison to billing and/or answer general billing questions. Provide excellent customer service to patients, both in person and on the phone.
