OfficeWorks was established in 2002 with a single location in Tarzana, CA and currently operates fifteen branches allowing us to provide flexible staffing solutions for medical billing and business offices, hospitals and physician practices nationwide.

WORKING INTERVIEW

Instead of a risky interview, a working evaluation is risk-free.

Our clients requested more time to interview for team fit. It had been their experience that the employees can “technically” do the job, and that it really comes down to their personality and how well they could operate in the client’s environment. Based on this feedback, our interview process works like this: our candidate will come in to your office/facility for 4 hours to work and interview with you in a “working evaluation”. If you like our candidate, that can be their first day on the job. If not, of course we do not bill you for that work time, but we do pay the employee.
